As with never owning a jumper, I've never bought anything online either.

Basically I'm a fucking dinosaur and always pay for everything with cash.

Missus is partial to the odd bit on online buying though.

It was probably a CD or DVD maybe from play.com way back when they were the go to site, this was when yahoo was the default web browser for most people my age with sites like ask jeeves trying to muscle in on that action and search engines had TV adverts!

This was on freeserve as well picked up for free from a till in a supermarket and on dial up.

I think it was a few albums from a website called CD-WOW...they were based in Hong Kong so didn't pay any import tax and it was possible to buy an album for £7 - this must have been late 90's so a good deal and it always arrived in about a week
